Age Restriction
This website and its services are intended for users aged 18 and above. By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. BORA. reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects the purchaser is under the age of 18.
Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes - slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. All prices are listed in Israeli Shekels and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. BORA. reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. BORA. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. BORA. does not store your payment information.
Order Cancellation
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To cancel a transaction, contact us at bora.il.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp +972-54-957-8535. Cancellation requests must include your full name, order number, and ID number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Items purchased on sale may only be eligible for store credit.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within Israel only. International shipping is coming soon. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Delivery Policy
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery is available within Israel only. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. BORA. is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Product Warranty
BORA. products are covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us at bora.il.official@gmail.com with your order number and a description and photo of the defect. BORA. reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.
