SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within Israel only. International shipping is coming soon - follow us on Instagram @bora_dot to be the first to know.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Israeli public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
BORA. is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Policy

Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
The following items cannot be returned - items that have been opened or used, and items purchased on sale or with a discount code (store credit only).
Order Cancellation
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
